If the client is operating strictly abroad (any transit of food products within ports, freezones will be considered as trading within the UAE) they must share only the items: 1- The Detailed Scope, stating clearly that no business will be done inside UAE if the activity is being strictly practiced abroad in addition to the above-mentioned details. 2- The Undertaking Letter.
