The client must apply for approval after the license is issued. He must access Hub.dm.gov.ae > business services > public health & safety > Apply for a Smoking Area and Tobacco Selling Permit https://hub.dm.gov.ae/link/servicedetails?ServiceCode=3553 Permit to Sell Tobacco and Smoking Equipment and Accessories Requirements: A copy of the trade name reservation certificate (from IFZA) A copy of Ejari contract (ULA) will be required (dedicated office space) issued from IFZA • Submit the service application form and the required documents to STPERMITS@dm.gov.ae • Receive Dubai Municipality's reply (Approved/Rejected/To be Amended or Completed) within 5 working days maximum from submission date to review and complete it. • Receive the permit by email if the application is approved. The approval is free of charge and renewable every year.
