The Ministry of Sports says Dubai sports-establishment commercial approvals have moved to Dubai Sports Council and the Invest in Dubai platform. Plan premises against Dubai Municipality’s fitness-centre health-and-safety guidance as well; commercial activity approval and facility compliance are separate checks.
